Portrait-a-Day -- Pinkie Pie

Regression time!

I normally take hours and hours to work on the most basic drawing, but with my one-year anniversary (from when I first picked up a stylus with the Thing-a-Day project) coming up, I decided to give the old timed nightly runs another try.

For you faithful few who watch my sometimes dubious submissions, expect to see some not-so-great paintings in the near future—speed has never, ever been my strong suit.

It's worth noting that I still have no idea how Pinkie Pie's hair works, and I spent a lot of my night trying to figure that out in both SAI and PS. Still kind of mystified, but time's up!
